口服优思悦和内置左炔诺孕酮宫内节育器预防宫腔镜子宫息肉术后EP复发的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:研究宫腔镜子宫息肉(EP)术后分别采用短效口服避孕药、左炔诺孕酮宫内节育器预防EP复发的效果。方法:选择2022年5月—2024年5月本院收治的80例EP患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。对照组口服优思悦,实验组应用左炔诺孕酮宫内节育器,比较两组月经量、子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜血管指数(VI)、血流指数(FI)、复发率。结果:实验组术后1、3个月月经量、子宫内膜厚度及VI、FI低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组术后EP复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相较于短效口服避孕药,左炔诺孕酮宫内节育器预防宫腔镜EP术后EP复发的效果更高,子宫内膜厚度更低。Objective:To study the effect of short-acting oral contraceptives and levonorgestrel intrauterine device on preventing the recurrence of EP after hysteroscopic uterine polyp(EP).Methods:A total of 80 EP patients admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Yousiyue,and the experimental group was treated with levonorgestrel intrauterine device.The menstrual volume,endometrial thickness,endometrial vascular index(VI),blood flow index(FI)and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The menstrual volume,endometrial thickness,VI and FI in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group at 1 and 3 months after operation(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of EP in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with short-acting oral contraceptives,levonorgestrel intrauterine device has a higher effect on preventing EP recurrence after hysteroscopic EP and lower endometrial thickness.
