摘　　要：目的:探讨缬沙坦联合氨氯地平在高血压治疗中的效果,分析其安全性和有效性。方法:选取2022年3月—2024年3月我院就诊的96例高血压患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组采用氨氯地平治疗,观察组则采用缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗。比较两组治疗前后血压水平、临床效果、不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压疾病效果较好,且安全性高,能改善患者的身体状况,提高患者生活质量,值得临床应用。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension,and to analyze its safety and efficacy.Methods:A total of 96 patients with hypertension who were treated in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine,while the observation group was treated with valsartan combined with amlodipine.The blood pressure level,clinical effect and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan combined with amlodipine is effective and safe in the treatment of essential hypertension.It can improve the physical condition of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
