亚胺培南西司他丁钠联合乌司他丁治疗老年重症急性胰腺炎的效果及对患者AMS、UAMY水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨亚胺培南西司他丁钠与乌司他丁联合治疗老年重症急性胰腺炎患者的效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2024年5月我院收治的老年重症急性胰腺炎患者60例作为研究对象,依据治疗方案分为对照组(35例)和观察组(25例)。对照组仅接受亚胺培南西司他丁钠治疗,而观察组则在对照组治疗基础上加用乌司他丁治疗。比较两组淀粉酶指标、炎性因子指标以及肠黏膜屏障功能指标。结果:治疗后,观察组IL-6、IL-8、CRP、WBC、AMS、UAMY、PE、D-乳酸和DAO水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于老年重症急性胰腺炎患者而言,通过联合应用亚胺培南西司他丁钠、乌司他丁,可降低疾病标志物淀粉酶的含量,还能控制机体炎性水平,促进肠黏膜屏障功能恢复。Objective:To investigate the effect of imipenem cilastatin sodium combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the treatment,they were divided into control group(35 patients)and observation group(25 patients).The control group was only treated with imipenem and cilastatin sodium,while the observation group was treated with ulinastatin on the basis of the control group.The amylase index,inflammatory factor index and intestinal mucosal barrier function index were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8,CRP,WBC,AMS,UAMY,PE,D-lactic acid and DAO in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with severe acute pancreatitis,the combined application of imipenem cilastatin sodium and ulinastatin can significantly reduce the content of disease marker amylase,control the inflammatory level of the body,and promote the recovery of intestinal mucosal barrier function.
