三种不同注射疗法在膝关节骨性关节炎患者中的治疗效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较三种不同注射疗法在膝关节骨性关节炎患者中的治疗效果。方法:选择2020年2月—2023年2月我院接诊的144例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,分为臭氧组、玻璃酸钠组及自体富血小板血浆组,每组48例,分别接受臭氧注射治疗、玻璃酸钠注射治疗、自体富血小板血浆注射治疗。比较三组VAS、WOMAC及JOA评分及临床疗效。结果:(1)第2次治疗后,自体富血小板血浆组VAS评分低于臭氧组与玻璃酸钠组(P<0.05);第4次治疗后,玻璃酸钠组VAS评分低于臭氧组,自体富血小板血浆组VAS评分低于玻璃酸钠组和臭氧组(P<0.05);治疗后90 d,自体富血小板血浆组VAS评分低于臭氧组与玻璃酸钠组(P<0.05)。(2)第3次治疗后自体富血小板血浆组WOMAC评分低于臭氧组和玻璃酸钠组(P<0.05);第4次治疗后,玻璃酸钠组WOMAC评分低于臭氧组,自体富血小板血浆组WOMAC评分低于臭氧组和玻璃酸钠组(P<0.05);治疗后90 d自体富血小板血浆组WOMAC评分低于臭氧组和玻璃酸钠组(P<0.05)。(3)第4次治疗后,玻璃酸钠组JOA评分高于臭氧组(P<0.05),自体富血小板血浆组JOA评分高于臭氧组与玻璃酸钠组(P<0.05);治疗后90 d自体富血小板血浆组JOA评分高于臭氧组与玻璃酸钠组(P<0.05)。(4)自体富血小板血浆组总有效率高于臭氧组和玻璃酸钠组(P<0.05)。结论:与玻璃酸钠和臭氧相比,关节腔内注射自体富血小板血浆治疗膝关节骨性关节炎可降低患者疼痛度,改善关节功能,提高治疗有效率。Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of three different injection therapies in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From February 2020 to February 2023,144 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into ozone group,sodium hyaluronate group and autologous platelet-rich plasma group,with 48 patients in each group.They were treated with ozone injection,sodium hyaluronate injection and autologous platelet-rich plasma injection respectively.The VAS,WOMAC and JOA scores and clinical efficacy of the three groups were compared.Results:(1)After the second treatment,the VAS score of autologous platelet-rich plasma group was lower than that of ozone group and sodium hyaluronate group(P<0.05).After the 4th treatment,VAS score of sodium hyaluronate group was lower than that of ozone group,VAS score of autologous platelet-rich plasma group was lower than that of sodium hyaluronate group and ozone group(P<0.05).At 90 days after treatment,the VAS score of autologous platelet-rich plasma group was lower than that of ozone group and sodium hyaluronate group(P<0.05).(2)After the third treatment,the WOMAC score of autologous platelet-rich plasma group was lower than that of ozone group and sodium hyaluronate group(P<0.05).After the 4th treatment,the WOMAC score of sodium hyaluronate group was lower than that of ozone group,and the WOMAC score of autologous platelet-rich plasma group was lower than that of ozone group and sodium hyaluronate group(P<0.05).The WOMAC score of autologous platelet-rich plasma group at 90 days after treatment was lower than that of ozone group and sodium hyaluronate group(P<0.05).(3)After the 4th treatment,JOA score of sodium hyaluronate group was higher than that of ozone group(P<0.05),and JOA score of autologous platelet-rich plasma group was higher than that of ozone group and sodium hyaluronate group(P<0.05).The JOA score of autologous platelet-rich plasma group at 90 days after treatment was higher than that of ozone group and sodium hyaluronate
