创伤性骨折患者术后应用骨肽注射液治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究创伤性骨折术后应用骨肽注射液对骨折愈合、骨代谢指标的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2024年5月我院共收治的60例创伤性骨折患者为研究对象,采用单双号随机法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组术后采用常规干预治疗,观察组术后应用骨肽注射液干预,比较两组VAS评分、骨代谢指标、关节功能评分。结果:观察组术后3 d、7 d、14 d以及28 d VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后BGP、ALP、ACP、OPG骨代谢指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间短于对照组,术后28 d的上肢、下肢关节功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨肽注射液用于创伤性骨折患者术后可促进骨折愈合,有效缓解疼痛感,改善骨代谢指标,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the effect of ossotide injection on fracture healing and bone metabolism indexes after traumatic fracture surgery.Methods:A total of 60 patients with traumatic fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by single and double number random method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention after operation,and the observation group was treated with ossotide injection after operation.The VAS score,bone metabolism index and joint function score were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS scores of the observation group at 3 d,7 d,14 d and 28 d after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The bone metabolism indexes of BGP,ALP,ACP and OPG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the scores of upper limb and lower limb joint function at 28 days after operation were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bone peptide injection can promote fracture healing,effectively relieve pain and improve bone metabolism index in patients with traumatic fracture after operation,which is worthy of clinical application.
