派立噻在继发性青光眼患者白内障乳化人工晶状体植入术后的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析布林佐胺噻吗洛尔(派立噻)滴眼液在继发性青光眼患者白内障乳化人工晶状体植入术后的应用效果。方法:选择2018年5月—2024年5月本院收治的86例继发性青光眼患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组43例。对照组实施白内障超声乳化+前房角分离术,研究组在此基础上联用派立噻,比较两组角膜中心厚度(CCT)、眼压、前房深度、视力、并发症发生率。结果:研究组用药后CCT、眼压低于对照组,且前房深度、视力高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:继发性青光眼治疗中,联用白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入+前房角分离术、派立噻能促使眼压、房水循环恢复,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the application effect of brinzolamide/timolol maleate(AZARGA)in patients with secondary glaucoma after cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Methods:A total of 86 patients with secondary glaucoma admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2024 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with phacoemulsification and anterior chamber angle separation.On this basis,the study group was combined with AZARGA.The central corneal thickness(CCT),intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth,visual acuity and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,CCT and intraocular pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and anterior chamber depth and visual acuity were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of secondary glaucoma,combined with cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation+anterior chamber angle separation and AZARGA can promote the recovery of intraocular pressure and aqueous humor circulation,and the safety is high.
