摘 要:目的:探究酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合早期微量喂养对极早产儿胃肠道功能、免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年7月商丘市第一人民医院共收治的80例极早产儿为研究对象,通过简单随机法将患儿分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取早期微量喂养进行干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予酪酸梭菌二联活菌散干预,比较两组肠道功能、免疫功能以及并发症情况。结果:观察组干预后DAO、D-乳酸、内毒素、CD8^(+)均低于对照组,CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值高于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,观察组并发症总发生率为17.50%,低于对照组的37.50%(P<0.05)。结论:极早产儿通过应用酪酸梭菌二联活菌散结合早期微量喂养对改善机体胃肠道功能和免疫功能效果显著,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the effect of combined clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powders,live combined with early minimal feeding on gastrointestinal function and immune function in very preterm infants.Methods:A total of 80 very premature infants admitted to the First People's Hospital of Shangqiu City from January 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into observation group and control group by simple random method,with 40 infants in each group.The control group was given early minimal feeding intervention,and the observation group was given combined clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powders,live intervention on the basis of the control group.The intestinal function,immune function and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,DAO,D-lactic acid,endotoxin and CD8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 17.50%,which was lower than 37.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powders,live combined with early minimal feeding can improve the gastrointestinal function and immune function of very preterm infants,and the safety is high.
