双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合间歇光疗治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究在新生儿高胆红素血症治疗中采用间歇光疗与双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合治疗的效果。方法:选取2024年1—9月我院收治的130例光疗黄疸患儿设为观察组,2023年1—9月我院进行治疗的128例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿设为对照组。对照组采取间歇光疗治疗,观察组采取双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊与间歇光疗联合治疗,比较两组血清TCB、γ-GT、TBil、CRP、IL-6、AST、ALT水平及并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗后TCB、γ-GT、TBil、CRP、IL-6、AST、ALT水平及并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:间歇光疗与双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合治疗可有效降低血清TBil水平,调节患儿生化指标及黄疸指标,减少可能由光疗治疗导致的并发症,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the effect of intermittent phototherapy combined with live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus capsules in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods:A total of 130 patients with phototherapy jaundice admitted to our hospital from January to September 2024 were selected as the observation group,and 128 children with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia treated in our hospital from January to September 2023 were selected as the control group.The control group was treated with intermittent phototherapy,and the observation group was treated with bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with intermittent phototherapy.The levels of serum TCB,-GT,TBil,CRP,IL-6,AST,ALT and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of TCB,-GT,TBil,CRP,IL-6,AST and ALT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intermittent phototherapy combined with live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus capsules can effectively reduce serum TBil level,regulate biochemical indexes and jaundice indexes of children,and reduce complications that may be caused by phototherapy,which is worthy of clinical application.
