加味麻荆止咳方联合穴位贴敷治疗风痰犯肺型咳嗽的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味麻荆止咳方联合穴位贴敷治疗风痰犯肺型咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2022年5月—2024年5月诊断风痰犯肺型咳嗽患者100例,依据随机数字表法分组,各50例。对照组采用抗生素加孟鲁司特、酮替芬等西药治疗,观察组在西药基础上加用加味麻荆止咳方联合穴位贴敷治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、炎性因子水平与不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后咳嗽、咯痰、咽痒症候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血白细胞、中性粒细胞、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味麻荆止咳方联合穴位贴敷可提升风痰犯肺型咳嗽的治疗效果,减轻患者机体炎性反应,且不会明显增加不良反应的发生。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Majing Zhike prescription combined with acupoint application in the treatment of wind-phlegminvading lung type cough.Methods:From May 2022 to May 2024,100 patients with cough of wind-phlegm-invading lung type diagnosed in our hospital were selected and grouped according to the random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics,montelukast,ketotifen and other western medicine.The observation group was treated with modified Majing Zhike decoction combined with acupoint application on the basis of western medicine.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,inflammatory factor level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of control group 76.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,phlegm and pharyngeal itch in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of leukocytes,neutrophils and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Majing Zhike prescription combined with acupoint application can improve the therapeutic effect of wind-phlegm-invading pulmonary cough,reduce the inflammatory response of patients,and will not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.
