复方青黛胶囊联合阿维A+卡泊三醇软膏治疗银屑病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方青黛胶囊联合阿维A+卡泊三醇软膏治疗银屑病患者的效果及对炎症反应的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2024年5月本院皮肤科就诊的银屑病患者88例作为研究对象,按就诊顺序单双号分为联合组与常规组,各44例。常规组给予阿维A+卡泊三醇软膏治疗,联合组在常规组治疗基础上给予复方青黛胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效、PASI评分、不良反应及炎症因子水平。结果:治疗8周后,联合组总有效率为97.73%,高于常规组的86.36%(P<0.05);联合组治疗8周后PASI评分低于常规组(P<0.05);联合组治疗8周期间皮肤干燥、皮肤瘙痒、恶心呕吐、食欲减退发生率与常规组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组血清C-反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6含量低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:复方青黛胶囊联合阿维A+卡泊三醇软膏治疗银屑病能提高患者的总体疗效,促进缓解临床症状,抑制患者血清炎症因子的表达,且不会增加不良反应发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of compound Qingdai capsule combined with acitretin+calcipotriol ointment in the treatment of psoriasis patients and its effect on inflammatory response.Methods:A total of 88 patients with psoriasis who were treated in the Department of Dermatology of our hospital from January 2021 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of treatment,they were divided into combined group and routine group,with 44 patients in each group.The routine group was treated with acitretin+calcipotriol ointment,and the combined group was treated with compound Qingdai capsule on the basis of the routine group.The clinical efficacy,PASI score,adverse reactions and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group was 97.73%,which was higher than 86.36%of the conventional group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the PASI score of the combined group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of dry skin,pruritus,nausea and vomiting,and loss of appetite between the combined group and the conventional group during 8 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).The levels of serum C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Qingdai capsule combined with acitretin+calcipotriol ointment in the treatment of psoriasis can improve the overall efficacy of patients,promote the relief of clinical symptoms,inhibit the expression of serum inflammatory factors,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
