健脾消萎汤加减联合常规西药治疗老年慢性萎缩性胃炎(脾虚瘀阻证)的效果及对患者血清胃蛋白酶原水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析老年脾虚瘀阻证慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic Atrophic Gastritis,CAG)治疗中采取健脾消萎汤加减治疗的临床疗效,及对血清胃蛋白酶原(Pepsinogen,PG)Ⅰ、PGⅡ的影响。方法:选取福建省泉州市永春县医院2021年5月—2023年5月收治的66例老年脾虚瘀阻证CAG患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(健脾消萎汤,33例)与对照组(常规治疗,33例),比较两组治疗后临床疗效、不良反应发生率、中医症候积分、PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率(75.76%)高于对照组(51.52%)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医症候积分、PGⅡ水平低于对照组,PGⅠ水平优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾消萎汤加减治疗能提高疗效,减轻症状,改善相关指标,促进康复,值得临床应用。Objective:To analyze the clinical eficacy of the modified Jianpi Xiaowei Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with the syndrome of spleen deficiency and blood stasis in the elderly,as well as its impact on pepsinogen(PG)I and PG I in serum.Methods:A total of 66 elderly CAG patients with spleen deficiency and blood stasis syndrome admitted to Yongchun County Hospital of Quanzhou City,Fujian Province from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(Jianpi Xiaowei decoction,33 patients)and control group(conventional treatment,33 patients).The clinical eficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,TCM symptom scores,PG I and PG I levels were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(75.76%)was higher than that of the control group(51.52%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,PG I and PG I in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Jianpi Xiaowei decoction can improve the therapeutic effect,alleviate symptoms,improve related indicators,promote rehabilitation,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
