复方血栓通胶囊联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究复方血栓通胶囊辅助治疗对原发性高血压患者心脑血管事件发生率的影响。方法:于2023年1月—2024年1月诏安县深桥镇卫生院收治的136例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=68)、联合组(n=68)。对照组予以硝苯地平缓释片,联合组予以硝苯地平缓释片+复方血栓通胶囊。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及心脑血管事件发生率。结果:联合组临床总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的77.94%(P<0.05);联合组治疗后中医证候积分及SBP、DBP、TC、TG水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组心脑血管事件总发生率为2.94%,低于对照组的13.24%(P<0.05)。结论:对于原发性高血压患者,在硝苯地平缓释片治疗基础上辅以复方血栓通胶囊治疗可提升临床疗效,降低患者血压、血脂水平及脑血管事件发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule adjuvant therapy on the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in patients with essential hypertension.Methods:From January 2023 to January 2024,136 patients with essential hypertension admitted to Shenqiao Town Health Center of Zhao'an County were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(n=68)and combined group(n=68)according to random number table method.The control group was given nifedipine sustained-release tablets,and the combined group was given nifedipine sustained-release tablets+compound Xueshuantong capsules.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the combined group was 94.12%,which was higher than 77.94%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and the levels of SBP,DBP,TC and TG in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in the combined group was 2.94%,which was lower than 13.24%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with essential hypertension,the treatment of nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with compound Xueshuantong capsule can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the blood pressure,blood lipid level and the incidence of cerebrovascular events.
