温阳泻肺保心汤联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗肺源性心脏病合并心衰的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察对肺源性心脏病合并心衰患者开展环磷腺苷葡胺联合温阳泻肺保心汤治疗的效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2024年5月医院收治的肺源性心脏病并心衰患者150例,按照随机抽样分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组予以环磷腺苷葡胺联合温阳泻肺保心汤治疗,比较两组心功能水平、心衰分级、心肌损伤标志物水平。结果:观察组治疗后左心室射血分数、左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末期内径高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后NYHA分级低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组N末端脑钠肽前体、肌酸激酶同工酶MB型、心肌肌钙蛋白T水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肺源性心脏病合并心衰患者开展环磷腺苷葡胺联合温阳泻肺保心汤治疗,可以降低其心衰分级以及心肌损伤标志物水平,提升患者心功能水平,有助于患者恢复。Objective:To observe the effect of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate combined with Wenyang Xiefei Baoxin decoction on patients with pulmonary heart disease and heart failure.Methods:A total of 150 patients with pulmonary heart disease and heart failure admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random sampling grouping method,with 75 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate combined with Wenyang Xiefei Baoxin decoction.The cardiac function level,heart failure grade and myocardial injury marker level were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end systolic diameter and left ventricular end diastolic diameter in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NYHA grade of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide,MB type of creatine kinase isoenzyme and cardiac troponin T in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate combined with Wenyang Xiefei Baoxin decoction can reduce the classification of heart failure and the level of myocardial injury markers in patients with pulmonary heart disease and heart failure,improve the cardiac function,and help them recover.
