清宣止咳颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿肺炎支原体肺炎应用清宣止咳颗粒联合阿奇霉素干混悬剂治疗的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月我院接收的肺炎支原体患儿为对象,一共78例。随机分组,即对照组(n=39,阿奇霉素治疗)与观察组(n=39,清宣止咳颗粒+阿奇霉素干混悬剂治疗)。比较两组炎症因子水平、肺功能水平、症状缓解时间、生活质量及不良反应发生率。结果:在炎症因子水平、肺功能水平以及症状缓解时间、生活质量评分方面,治疗后观察组更有优势(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率无差异(P>0.05)。结论:小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿应用清宣止咳颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗能够降低炎症因子水平,提高肺功能水平,加快症状恢复,提高生活质量,并且安全性较高,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of Qingxuan Zhike Granules combined with Azithromycin for Suspension in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods:(n=39,azithromycin treatment)versus observation group(n=39,Qingxuan cough granules+azithromycin dry sus pension treatment).The levels of inflammatory factors,lung function,time to symptom remission,quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:In terms of inflammatory factor level,lung function level,symptom remission time and quality of life score,the observation group had an advantage after treatment(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Qingxuan Zhike Granules combined with azithromycin in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve the level of lung function,accelerate the recovery of symptoms,improve the quality of life,and has high safety,which is worthy of popularization and application.
