循证护理联合延续护理应用在颈动脉狭窄患者术后用药期间的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理联合延续护理在颈动脉狭窄患者颈动脉支架植入术术后用药期间的效果。方法:于2021年4月—2024年4月选取我院收治的84例颈动脉狭窄患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组予以常规护理干预模式,观察组予以循证护理+延续护理干预,比较两组用药依从性、家庭功能、心理状态、生活质量评分。结果:护理后,观察组用药依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家庭功能各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颈动脉支架植入术后的用药期间,实施循证护理+延续护理能够提高患者的用药依从性,提高患者家庭功能,改善其负面情绪,并提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing combined with continuous nursing on patients with carotid artery stenosis after carotid artery stent implantation.Methods:From April 2021 to April 2024,84 patients with carotid artery stenosis admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 42 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention mode,and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing+continuous nursing intervention.The medication compliance,family function,psychological state and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the medication compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of each dimension of family function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the medication period after carotid stent implantation,evidence-based nursing and continuing care can improve patients'medication compliance,enhance their family functioning,alleviate their negative emotions,and improve their quality of life.
