正向激励式护理对结直肠癌化疗患者应对方式及自我照顾能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析正向激励式护理对口服卡培他滨化疗结直肠癌患者的影响。方法:选取2022年12月—2024年2月我院接收治疗的60例结直肠癌患者,所有患者均接受卡培他滨化疗。通过随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用正向激励式护理模式。比较两组干预前后医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)评分和自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分。结果:干预后,观察组ESCA量表各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组MCMQ量表中面对评分高于对照组,屈服、回避维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对口服卡培他滨化疗的结直肠癌患者实施正向激励式护理干预,能够提升其自我照顾能力,并帮助其积极面对疾病。Objective:To analyze the effect of positive incentive nursing on patients with colorectal cancer undergoing oral capecitabine chemotherapy.Methods:Sixty patients with colorectal cancer who were treated in our hospital from December 2022 to February 2024 were selected.All patients received capecitabine chemotherapy.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing mode,and the observation group adopted the positive incentive nursing mode.The scores of medical coping style questionnaire(MCMQ)and self-care ability scale(ESCA)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the scores of each dimension of ESCA scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The face score of MCMQ scale in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the yield and avoidance dimension scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Positive incentive nursing intervention for colorectal cancer patients undergoing oral capecitabine chemotherapy can improve their self-care ability and help them face the disease actively.
