Objective:To study the effect of progressive graded rehabilitation nursing on limb function and quality of life during atorvastatin treatment in patients with stroke recovery. Methods:A total of 88 patients with convalescent stroke admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 44 patients in each group. Both groups were treated with atorvastatin.During this period, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given progressive graded rehabilitation nursing. The limb function, quality of life and rehabilitation compliance of the two groups were compared. Results:After nursing, the scores of FMA upper and lower limbs and SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rehabilitation compliance of the observation group(93.18%vs 77.27%)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin combined with progressive graded rehabilitation nursing can improve the motor ability of upper and lower limbs, form good living habits and improve the quality of life in the recovery period of stroke.
