摘　　要：双歧杆菌是一种重要的肠道有益微生物,其数量的减少与胃肠道疾病、内分泌代谢性疾病和神经精神疾病等多种疾病密切相关,保持肠道中双歧杆菌的相对稳定对于发挥肠道正常功能及维护人体健康至关重要。但随着年龄的增长,人体肠道中双歧杆菌的数量逐渐减少,导致肠道微环境失调。口服的益生菌不能在肠道中牢固定植,难以有效发挥活性。药食同源的中药因其低毒、可食用和有效促进肠道双歧杆菌的生长而受到人们越来越多的关注。未来深入研究药食同源中药对肠道双歧杆菌的调节作用及相关机制,可以为药食同源中药的临床应用提供理论依据,并为改善肠道菌群失调提供新的方法。Bifidobacterium is an important intestinal beneficial microorganism,the reduction of which is closely associated with many diseases such as gastrointestinal diseases,endocrine metabolic diseases and neuropsychiatric diseases.It is crucial to maintain the relative stability of Bifidobacterium for exerting the normal function of intestine and maintaining human health.However,as we age,the amount of Bifidobacterium in the human intestine gradually decreases,and the intestinal microenvironment becomes imbalanced.Oral probiotics cannot firmly colonize in the intestine,and it is difficult for them to exert effective activity.Medicinal edible Chinese herbs have gained more and more attention because of its low toxicity,edible characteristics and the effect of effectively promoting the growth of intestinal Bifidobacterium.In the future,further studies on the regulatory effects and related mechanisms of medicinal edible Chinese herbs on intestinal Bifidobacterium can provide theoretical basis for clinical application,and provide new treatment options for intestinal flora imbalance.
