摘　　要：【目的】探究烟丝及卷烟纸间的配合对卷烟包灰性能的影响。【方法】以49种不同烟丝/卷烟纸组合的卷烟为样品,以卷烟包灰性能指标匹配度为变量,采用模糊判别法研究烟丝、卷烟纸及其参数对包灰性能的影响。【结果】①两因子的共同影响及相对重要性均因指标不同而异。共同影响依次是灰度值>包灰值>持灰能力;卷烟纸是影响包灰值、灰度值的主要因子,烟丝则是影响持灰能力的主要因子。综合包灰性能主要取决于卷烟纸。②卷烟纸透气度、定量、灰分含量、钾钠比、阴燃速率对综合包灰性能均有显著影响,二次多项式回归方程的决定系数为75.2%,占卷烟纸、烟丝共同解释度的85.6%。③烟丝组成及钾、烟碱、钠、锰、锌等化学成分含量对综合包灰性能也有显著影响,但影响程度低于卷烟纸。【结论】在烟丝/卷烟纸共变体系中卷烟纸是影响卷烟包灰性能的主要因素。[Objective]This study aims to explore the effect of shredded tobacco and cigarette paper combination on the retention performance of cigarettes.[Methods]Cigarettes made from 49 different tobacco/cigarette paper combinations were used as samples.The matching degree of cigarette ash retention performance indicators was used as a variable.The fuzzy discrimination method was employed to study the effects of tobacco,cigarette paper,and their parameters on ash retention performance.[Results]The results show that:①The combined effects and relative importance of the two factors vary with different indicators.The combined effects were in the order of grayness value>ash retention value>ash retention capacity.Cigarette paper is the main factor affecting the ash value and grayness value,while shredded tobacco is the main factor affecting the ash retention capacity.The overall ash retention performance mainly depends on the cigarette paper.②The air permeability,basis weight,ash content,potassium-to-sodium ratio,and smoldering rate of cigarette paper have a significant impact on the comprehensive ash retention performance.The determination coefficient of the quadratic polynomial regression equation is 75.2%,accounting for 85.6%of the common interpretation of cigarette paper and cut tobacco.③The composition of cut tobacco and the content of chemical components such as potassium,nicotine,sodium,manganese,and zinc also have a significant impact on the overall ash retention performance,but to a lesser extent than cigarette paper.[Conclusion]To sum up,cigarette paper is the main factor affecting the ash retention performance in the tobacco/cigarette paper co-variation system.
