浅谈牵伸机轴承箱部件的装配工艺

摘　　要：牵伸机是纤维生产线的主要设备之一,牵伸机轴承箱是牵伸机的核心部件,其装配质量直接决定了牵伸机的有效运行时长。通过介绍牵伸机轴承箱的装配过程及质量控制要点,对牵伸机轴承箱的装配过程提出了指导性意见,以确保牵伸机轴承箱的装配质量,进而提高牵伸机的整机质量,使牵伸机运行稳定。Stretching machine is one of the main equipment in fiber production line.Its effective operating life is directly determined by the assembly quality of the bearing box,the key component of the machine.With an introduction of bearing box assembly and the key quality control points during this process,a guiding proposal on bearing box assembly was put forward to guarantee its assembly quality,so as to improve the overall performance of the stretching machine for a stable running.
