摘　　要：介绍了一种新型高强高模聚乙烯纤维牵伸热箱的结构、原理及工艺特点。新型牵伸热箱生头、维修方便,丝束工作通道内循环热风温度的均匀性及稳定性良好,设备性能与产品质量都有所提升,能满足工艺要求。The structure,principle and process characteristics of a new type of high strength and high modulus polyethylene fiber drafting hot box were introduced.The new drafting hot box was convenient in splicing and maintenance.The temperature of the circulating hot air showed very uniformity and stability in the working channel of the tow.The performance of the equipment and the quality of the product were improved to meet the process requirements.
