摘  要:为实现温室大棚环境信息的实时感知和智能监控,从而为花卉生长提供最佳环境,开发了基于PLC和组态王软件的温室大棚智能监控系统.采用西门子S7-200smart PLC实现系统初始化、无线通信、数据采集处理、模式切换及PID控制,并利用组态和云平台构建了智能监控界面,显示实时和历史环境参数;通过MODBUS RTU协议与4G DTU模块,实现了与艾莫迅服务器的远程通信.最后,通过搭建温室大棚模型对系统的监控性能进行测试实验模拟,结果表明,该系统能够实现环境实时自适应调节、花卉环境变量的无线采集和显示、PC端无线远程监控,确保温室内花卉始终处于良好的生长环境.To achieve real-time perception and intelligent monitoring of the greenhouse environment,and provide the optimal environment for flower growth,an intelligent greenhouse monitoring system based on PLC and KingView software has been developed.The system block diagram was designed,and Siemens S7-200smart PLC was used to implement system initialization,wireless communication,data collection and processing,mode switching,and PID control.The PLC I/O addresses were allocated reasonably.The intelligent monitoring interface was built using KingView and a cloud platform,displaying real-time and historical environmental parameters.Remote communication with the Amsamotion server was realized through the MODBUS RTU protocol and a 4G DTU module.A greenhouse model was used to simulate real greenhouse conditions for performance testing.The results show that the system can achieve real-time adaptive environmental regulation,wireless collection and display of flower environmental variables,and PC-side wireless remote monitoring,ensuring that flowers in the greenhouse are always in a favorable growth environment.
