文化视角下的世界高水平篮球发展驱动力探索

摘　　要：文化不仅塑造了运动员的理念与行为,还影响了国家和社会对篮球运动的整体态度与支持方式.基于秩和比综合评价法(RSR)对2002年至2023年六届男子世界杯篮球赛分析,发现世界篮球的发展,除了受技术和战术的层面影响外,文化的影响力更是引人注目.包括篮球运动的历史传承、社会价值观、教育体系、城市文化氛围等文化因素,以及国家政策支持等尤为重要.促进本国篮球水平的提升,必须根植城市文化底蕴、紧追前沿的篮球运动理念,依靠优秀的教练团队梯队等措施健全的人才培养机制、优化青少年篮球人才培养体系,充实人才储备基础;通过普及篮球运动提升我国整体篮球运动的竞技水平.Culture not only shapes the concepts and behaviors of athletes but also influences the overall attitude and support methods of the nation and society towards basketball.Based on the Rank Sum Ratio(RSR)comprehensive evaluation method,an analysis of the men’s FIBA World Cup basketball tournaments from 2002 to 2023 reveals that the development of global basketball is not only affected by technical and tactical aspects but also,more notably,by cultural factors.These include the historical legacy of basketball,social values,the education system,urban cultural atmosphere,and national policy support,all of which are especially important.To seek progress in the development of domestic basketball,it is essential to root in the urban cultural heritage,keep pace with cutting-edge basketball concepts,establish a sound talent development system supported by excellent coaching teams,optimize youth basketball talent cultivation systems,and build a solid talent reserve.Additionally,promoting the widespread practice of basketball will enhance the overall competitive level of basketball in the country.
