摘 要:新时代理想信念教育常态化制度化是事关社会主义国家精神力量建设的根本问题,常态化体现为日常性、明确性和可持续性,制度化体现为系统性、规范性和可推广性,常态化和制度化辩证统一,相辅相成。推动理想信念教育常态化制度化是坚定马克思主义信仰、党的创新理论大众化阐释和国家长治久安、民族复兴的必然要求,主体性引领的动态塑造、灵活稳健的制度建设,以及多元协同的社会参与是推动理想信念教育的有效路径。The normalization and institutionalization of ideal and belief education in the new era is a fundamental issue related to the cultivation of spiritual strength in socialist countries.Normalization is demonstrated through regularity,clarity,and sustainability,while institutionalization is reflected in systematic,normative,and scalable approaches.Normalization and Institutionalization are dialectically united and mutually complementing.Promoting the normalization and institutionalization of ideal and belief education is an inevitable requirement for strengthening belief in Marxism,popularizing the Party’s innovative theories,ensuring the long-term stability of the country,and promoting national rejuvenation.Dynamic shaping led by subjectivity,flexible yet stable system construction,as well as diverse collaborative social participation are effective means to promote ideal and belief education.
