现象图析学视角下高校科研人员数字囤积行为形成机理研究

摘　　要：文章利用现象图析学方法解读高校科研人员数字囤积行为形成的内在机理,并从数字存储、数字囤积和暂时脱离数字囤积3个环节,以及情境触发、感知判断、情绪发酵和行为反馈4个方面构建高校科研人员数字囤积行为机理模型,在此基础上提出高校科研人员数字囤积行为干预策略,即感知学术信息价值,统筹规划科研周期;提高学术素养,拓宽信息获取渠道;促进团队交流分享,引导情绪正向迭代;深化自我认知,吸取经验重塑行为。The article uses the method of phenomenography to interpret the underlying mechanism of digital hoarding behavior among university researchers,constructs mechanism model of digital hoarding behavior of university researchers from three stages:digital storage,digital hoarding,and temporary detachment from digital hoarding,and four aspects:situational triggering,perceptual judgment,emotional fermentation and behavioral feedback.Based on this,intervention strategies for digital hoarding behavior of university researchers are proposed,namely,perceive the value of academic information and the overall planning of the research cycle;improve academic literacy and broaden information acquisition channels;promote team communication and sharing,guide positive emotional iteration;deepen self-awareness,learn from experiences to reshape behavior.
