摘　　要：文章在梳理高校图书馆未来学习中心建设的内涵特征基础上,运用系统思维方法从“建设目标”“谁来建”“怎么建”“建什么”4个维度构建高校图书馆未来学习中心建设的行动框架,并提出高校图书馆未来学习中心建设实现路径,即以人员为保障提升团队综合素养,以技术为依托升级空间软硬件配置,以数据为基础加强资源体系化建设,以需求为导向开展全流程空间评估。On the basis of sorting out the connotation characteristics of the future learning centers construction in university libraries,this article uses systematic thinking methods to construct an action framework for future learning centers construction in university libraries from four dimensions:"construction goals""who will build""how to build"and"what to build".And it proposes the implementation paths of future learning centers construction in university libraries,which includes improving the comprehensive literacy of the team with personnel as guarantee,upgrading the hardware and software configuration of the space based on technology,strengthening the systematic construction of resources based on data,and conducting full process spatial evaluation guided by demand.
