摘　　要：文章基于全流程视角梳理高校图书馆特藏文献数字化建设的工作要点,设计面向前期、中期与后期流程的高校图书馆特藏文献数字化建设实施方案,并分别针对面向前期流程的特藏文献数字化采集与著录、面向中期流程的特藏文献数字化保存与揭示及面向后期流程的特藏文献数字化展览与发布提出推进策略。Based on the perspective of whole process,this paper sorts out the work key points of the digitalization construction of special collection documents in university libraries,designs implementation plans for the digitalization construction of special collection documents in university libraries,which is oriented towards the early,middle and later process,and strategies are separately proposed for the digital collection and recording of special collection documents for the early stage process,the digital preservation and disclosure of special collection documents for the middle stage process,and the digital exhibition and release of special collection documents for the later stage process.
