中华优秀传统法律文化对德法结合现代治理的启示

摘　　要：中华传统法律文化源远流长,蕴含着丰富的德治与法治思想。为探讨中华优秀传统法律文化对现代德法结合治理模式的启示,通过分析传统法律文化中的德治与法治理念,结合当代社会治理的实际需求,提出德法结合治理的新路径。研究发现,中华优秀传统法律文化强调道德教化与法律规范并重,为现代德法结合治理提供了宝贵的思想资源和实践指导。Traditional Chinese legal culture has a long and rich history,containing rich ideas of morality and rule of law.This article aims to explore the inspiration of China’s excellent traditional legal culture for the modern model of governance combining morality and law.By analyzing the concepts of morality and rule of law in traditional legal culture and combining them with the practical needs of contemporary social governance,a new path for governance combining morality and law is proposed.Research has found that traditional Chinese legal culture emphasizes both moral education and legal norms,providing valuable ideological resources and practical guidance for modern governance that combines morality and law.
