摘  要:婴幼儿配方乳粉是婴幼儿群体获得部分或全部营养的唯一或主要来源,保证婴幼儿配方乳粉质量安全关系着下一代的生命健康,不同阶段需要特定配方满足不同的营养需求。本文通过全面分析我国近年监督抽检结果、报道相关舆情事件及潜在风险等影响婴幼儿配方乳粉安全的关键风险因素,针对生产企业全产业链和监管涉及环节提出风险控制措施,以期不断提高婴幼儿配方乳粉风险发现能力,为推动食品监督抽检工作和婴幼儿配方乳粉行业高质量发展提供科学建议。Infant formula is the only or primary source for infants and young children to obtain part or all of the nutrition.Specific formulations should meet different nutritional needs,and ensuring the quality and safety of infant formula is related to the health of the next generation.In this paper,the key risks affecting the safety of infant formula,including the monitoring results of supervision and sampling in recent years,the report of relevant public opinion affairs and potential risks were comprehensively analyzed.Risk control measures were proposed for the entire industrial chain and supervision related links of production enterprises.In order to continuously improve the risk detection ability of infant formula,this paper provided scientific suggestions for promoting food supervision and sampling work and high-quality development of the infant formula industry.
