聚苯胺/吡咯共聚膜的制备及性能研究

摘  要:通过电化学方法制备了聚苯胺/吡咯共聚膜,并对其结构和电学性能进行了表征。研究结果表明,反应单体的摩尔比对共聚膜的性能影响很大。当苯胺与吡咯的摩尔比为1∶1时,共聚膜的表面形貌较均匀,出现蘑菇云及网状结构,有较大的比表面积,采用循环伏安法获得的共聚膜曲线面积最大,表明此时电容量最大;在电流密度为4 mA·cm^(-2)条件下测试时,共聚膜的比容量高达228 F·g^(-1),在1000次循环性能检测中电容量衰减为3.99%,表现出较好的超级电容特性。A polyaniline/pyrrole copolymer film is prepared by electrochemical method,and its structure and electrical properties are characterized.The results show that the molar ratio of reaction monomers has a significant impact on the performance of the copolymer film.When the molar ratio of aniline to pyrrole is 1:1,the surface morphology of the copolymer film is relatively uniform,with mushroom-like and network structures appearing,and a large specific surface area.The curve area of the copolymer film obtained by cyclic voltammetry is the largest,indicating the highest capacitance at this time.When tested at a current density of 4 mA·cm^(-2),the specific capacity of the copolymer film reaches 228 F·g^(-1),and the capacitance decays to 3.99%after 1000 cycles of performance testing,exhibiting good supercapacitive characteristics.
