摘　　要：论述了中医对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)的认识与治疗,对肥胖与OSAHS的关系及穴位埋线进行了溯源,并依据中医理论,最终设计选取中脘、滑肉门、天枢、大横、带脉、气海、足三里、肺俞、脾俞作为埋线治疗肥胖型OSAHS的取穴方案。This paper discusses the understanding and treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in traditional Chinese medicine.It traces the relationship between obesity and OSAHS and the embedding of acupoints.Based on traditional Chinese medicine theory,the final design is to select the ZhongWan,HuaRouMen,TianShu,DaHeng,DaiMai,QiHai,ZuSanLi,FeiShu,PiShu to use as embedding plans for the treatment of obese OSAHS.
