摘  要:愚公移山精神作为中国共产党领导人民在长期发展历程中形成的先进精神,既具有共产党人精神谱系的普遍特征,又具有鲜明的自身特色,是新时代开展干部教育培训的重要资源。当前,愚公移山精神融入新时代干部教育培训,具有深厚的理论基础,集中表现在马克思主义是共同理论根基、红色是共同鲜明底色、中华优秀传统文化是共同文化基础。从价值逻辑看,愚公移山精神有助于涵养党员干部的境界格局、坚定党员干部的理想信念、强化党员干部的实干导向、激发党员干部的斗争精神、推动党员干部的接力传承。新征程上,要进一步深化研究阐释、打造课程体系、建设师资队伍、强化阵地建设,持续推动愚公移山精神与新时代干部教育培训相辅相成、相融共生。The spirit of Yugong Yishan,as an advanced spirit formed by the people led by the CPC in the long-term development process,not only has the general characteristics of the spiritual pedigree of Communists,but also has distinctive characteristics of its own.It is an important resource for carrying out cadre education in the new era.At present,promoting the integration of the spirit of Yugong Yishan into the cadre education in the new era has a profound theoretical foundation,which is mainly reflected in Marxism as the common theoretical foundation,red as the common distinctive background,and excellent traditional Chinese culture as the common cultural foundation.From the perspective of value logic,the spirit of Yugong Yishan helps Party members and cadres to cultivate their spiritual realm,strengthen their ideals and beliefs,enhance their practical orientation,stimulate their spirit of struggle,and promote the inheritance of the relay.On the new journey,it is necessary to further deepen research and interpretation,create a curriculum system,build a teaching staff team,strengthen the construction of the battlefield,and continue to promote the spirit of Yugong Yishan to complement and coexist with the cadre education in the new era.
