宫腔镜下电切术联合孕激素治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔镜下电切术联合孕激素治疗子宫内膜息肉(EP)的临床效果。方法队列研究。抽取2021年5月至2023年4月商丘市中医院收治的EP患者84例, 按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组, 每组42例。对照组采用宫腔镜下电切术治疗, 观察组采用宫腔镜下电切术联合孕激素治疗。比较两组月经情况、血红蛋白水平、子宫内膜厚度及不良反应。结果术后6个月, 观察组月经量少于对照组, 月经周期短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月, 观察组血红蛋白高于对照组, 子宫内膜厚度小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫腔镜下电切术联合孕激素用于EP治疗, 可缩短月经周期, 减少月经量, 改善患者子宫内膜厚度, 且不会增加不良反应发生风险。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of hysteroscopic electroresection combined with progesterone on endometrial polyps(EP).MethodsA total of 84 EP patients admitted to Shangqiu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected for the cohort study,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated by hysteroscopic electrotomy,and the observation group was treated by hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with progesterone.The menstrual status,hemoglobin level,endometrial thickness and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsSix months after operation the menstrual volume of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the menstrual cycle was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Six months after operation the hemoglobin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the endometrial thickness was thinner than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionsHysteroscopic electroresection combined with progesterone in the treatment of EP can shorten menstrual cycle,reduce menstrual volume,improve endometrial thickness and do not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
