苈白泄肺平喘汤治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察苈白泄肺平喘汤治疗肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽患儿的临床疗效。方法队列研究。抽取2021年6月至2023年6月河南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽患儿86例, 采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组, 每组43例。对照组予以阿奇霉素作为常规治疗, 研究组在对照组基础上联合苈白泄肺平喘汤进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效、主要症状体征改善情况、炎症因子[C-反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)]水平及不良反应。结果治疗后, 研究组总有效率(93.02%, 40/43)高于对照组(74.42%, 32/43), P<0.05。治疗后, 研究组咳嗽、肺部啰音及气喘消失时间均短于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后, 研究组CRP、ESR、ADA水平均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苈白泄肺平喘汤治疗肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽患儿效果显著, 能在保证安全性的基础上有效提高临床疗效, 改善咳嗽气喘等症状, 减轻免疫炎症反应。Objective To investigate the effect of Libai Xiefei Pingchuan decoction in the treatment of chronic cough caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.MethodsEighty-six children with chronic cough caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Tranditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected,and they were divided into a control group and a study group using the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given azithromycin as routine treatment,while the study group was treated with Libai xiefei Pingchuan decoction based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,alleviation time of main symptoms and signs,levels of inflammatory factors,including C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and adenosine deaminase(ADA),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter treatment,the total effective rate of the study group(93.02%,40/43)was higher than that of the control group(74.42%,32/43),P<0.05.After treatment,the disappearance time of cough,lung rales,and asthma in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,ESR and ADA in the study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionsApplication of Libai Xiefei Pingchuan decoction for children with chronic cough caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and attenuate the inflammation response,which can guarantee a good safety.
