摘　　要：时速160公里动力集中动车组(简称动集动车组)作为复兴号系列动车组的重要组成部分,是我国铁路普速列车的迭代升级产品。D5修是动集动车组列车的高级检修级别,通常需要在原制造工厂处完成,涉及动力车与拖车分离,全车分解、大范围零部件更新及升级改造。以全国首列动集动车组D5修为背景,研究动力车与拖车一体化检修、整车调试的关键技术和实施策略,提出了专业化集中修清单,设计优化了动集动车组一体化检修工艺流程,可以缩短动集动车组生产周期,为后续批量检修业务提供技术支撑和实践经验。The 160 km/h power-concentrated Electric Multiple Units(EMUs)is an important component of the Fux⁃ing series EMUs and represents an iterative upgrade for China's conventional railway trains.The D5 main⁃tenance is a high-level maintenance mode for the power-concentrated EMUs,which typically needs to be completed at the original manufacturing factory.It involves the separation of powered and unpowered vehi⁃cles,full train disassembly,extensive components renewal and upgrades.Based on the background of the nation's first D5 maintenance mode for power-concentrated EMU,this paper discussed the key technolo⁃gies and strategies for integrated maintenance of powered and unpowered vehicles and whole-train debug⁃ging.A checklist for specialized centralized repairs was proposed,and the optimized integrated mainte⁃nance procedures for power-concentrated EMUs was designed.These measures will shorten production cy⁃cles and provide technical support and experience for subsequent mass maintenance operations.
