摘  要:接触网燃弧整治一直是工程难点,存在原因难以确定,整治手段缺乏等问题。在成兰铁路联调过程中,通过弓网受流试验发现了大量燃弧缺陷、受电弓异常振动现象,经检测数据联合分析并结合现场调查,完成了燃弧缺陷的精准判断与整治;通过硬点频谱分析确定了硬点类型,并验证了整治效果。复测结果证明通过数据分析快速定位缺陷位置、判断缺陷类型并进行针对性整治,可以有效降低燃弧率,改善线路整体弓网受流性能。OCS arc remediation has always been a difficult point in engineering,and there are some problems such as difficult to determine the reasons and lack of remediation measures.In the process of joint debugging of Chengdu-Lanzhou Railway,a large number of arc defects and abnormal vibration of pantograph were found through pantograph-catenary current collection test.Through joint analysis of detection data and field investigation,accurate judgment and rectification of arc defects were completed;The types of hard spots are determined by spectrum analysis of hard spots,and the remediation effect is verified.Re-test re⁃sults show that through data analysis to quickly locate the location of defects,judge the type of defects and targeted remediation,can effectively reduce the arc rate and improve the overall pantograph-catenary cur⁃rent collection performance of the line.
