摘 要:铁路道岔捣固车控制捣镐的翻转,在道岔捣固作业过程保证道岔施工安全的重要作用。如果控制捣镐翻转的液压油缸出现故障,不仅危及道岔作业安全,还会导致捣固车与道岔发生碰撞,引发施工事故。因此,对道岔捣固车捣镐翻转油缸的故障及现场控制进行分析,以道岔捣固车的镐翻转油缸工作原理为分析切入点,研究具体的油缸故障,通过油缸内泄测试找出了内泄原因并提出防治措施。采取措施后使得道岔捣固车液压系统的性能得到了显著提高,有效地降低了维修成本和停机损失。During the tamping operation of railway switch tamping car,the control of tamping pick is very important to ensure the safety of switch and construction.If the hydraulic cylinder that controls the tamping pick flip fails,it will cause a collision between the tamping car and the switch,resulting in a construction accident.Based on the working principle of the pick flip cylinder,the causes of internal leakage of the cylinder are found out through testing and the preventive measures are put forward.After taking the prevention and con⁃trol measures,the performance of the hydraulic system of the switch tamper car has been significantly im⁃proved,and the maintenance cost and shutdown loss have been effectively reduced.
