摘  要:研究了一种适用于板材冲压线搬运的五轴七自由度机械手系统,使用ANSYS Workbench软件进行了静态分析和模态分析。对机械手的结构进行了有限元静态分析,结果显示应力主要集中在机架支撑部位,小臂和连接部位的应力及总应变均满足设计要求,机械手具有良好的强度和刚度。模态分析结果表明,低阶固有频率主要集中于小臂和辅助长杆部位。利用该系统可提升汽车板材冲压线的生产效率和可靠性。In this paper,a five-axis seven-degree-of-freedom manipulator system suitable for plate stamping line handling is investigated and simulated and analyzed using ANSYS Workbench software.The finite element static analysis is carried out on the structure of the manipulator,and the results show that the stresses are mainly concentrated in the frame support part,and the stresses and total strains of the small arm and the connecting part satisfy the design requirements,and the manipulator has good strength and stiffness.The modal analysis results show that the low-order intrinsic frequency is mainly concentrated in the oscillation of the small arm and auxiliary long rod part.Using this system can improve the efficiency and reliability of the automotive sheet metal stamping line.
