摘 要:在综合考虑铁合金材料动力黏度、热传导系数、密度和焓变随铸轧温度变化的基础上,采用有限体积法建立了铁合金双辊铸轧熔池内流热耦合数值模型,着重分析了凝固过程中流场和固液相线的分布规律,以及浇注温度和铸轧速度对熔池内Kiss点分布的影响规律。结果表明:熔池内存在由两组对称漩涡、铸轧辊转动以及浇注所形成的多组流股;熔池液相线和固相线的分布规律基本一致且均呈现类似的蝙蝠状,浇注温度的升高和铸轧速度的增加均使熔池Kiss点下降;得出了适宜的铁合金双辊铸轧浇注温度和铸轧速度,分别为1600 K和2.76 m/min。Based on the comprehensive consideration of the dynamic viscosity,thermal conductivity,density,and enthalpy change of ferroalloy materials with the variation of temperature,a finite volume method was used to establish a numerical model of fluid-thermal coupling in the molten pool of the twin-roll casting of ferroalloy.The distribution law of flow field and solid-liquid phase line during solidification process,as well as the influence law of pouring temperature and casting speed on the distribution of Kiss point in the molten pool were analyzed in detail.The results showed that there were multiple sets of flow streams formed by two sets of symmetrical vortices,casting roller rotation,and pouring in the molten pool.The distribution patterns of the liquidus and solidus lines in the molten pool were basically the same and showed a similar bat shape.The increase in casting temperature and speed both caused the Kiss point of the molten pool to decrease.The suitable casting temperature and speed for double roll casting of ferroalloy were 1600 K and 2.76 m/min,respectively.
