摘 要:为提高汽车起重机的乘坐舒适性,对驾驶室振动传递特性进行了分析,可知车架的振动特性是影响驾驶室振动的重要因素。以某款汽车起重机为例,对车架结构进行模态分析,得到了车架的各阶频率和模态振型,结合乘坐舒适性评价标准,指出车架前段结构存在薄弱点,为下一步进行车架结构优化从而提高乘坐舒适性提供理论依据。In order to improve the ride comfort of the car crane,the vibration transmission characteristics of the cab were analyzed,and it was found that the vibration characteristics of the frame are an important factor affecting the vibration of the cab.Taking a certain car crane as an example,modal analysis was conducted on the frame structure to obtain the various frequencies and modal shapes of the frame.Combined with the evaluation criteria for ride comfort,the weak points in the front section of the frame structure were pointed out,providing a theoretical basis for the next step of frame structure optimization to improve ride comfort.
