摘 要:通过COMSOL Multiphysics对管式反应器进行三维建模,进行甲烷干重整。基于反应动力学验证后,建立了同心模型和均布模型,考虑了反应器结构对于甲烷干重整的影响,从转化率及摩尔分数变化对比了两种模型。相同模型中,增加管长,转化率有所提升;对比不同模型,均布模型转化率高于同心模型,传热效果更好,为后续优化提供了一定思路。In this paper,a tubular reactor was modeled in three dimensions by COMSOL Multiphysics for dry reforming of methane.Based on the reaction kinetics validation,a concentric model and a homogeneous model were established,and the reactor structure effect on methane dry reforming was considered,and the two models were compared in terms of conversion rate and mole fraction change.In the homogeneous model,the conversion was improved by increasing the tube length.Comparing the different models,the homogeneous model has a higher conversion rate than the concentric model and better heat transfer effect,which provides some ideas for the subsequent optimization.
