摘  要:针对少数地区大葱挖掘犁挖掘阻力大、壅土概率高、清杂率低且无后续传送等问题,提出并设计了一种大葱挖掘夹持装置,其包括挖掘抖土装置与夹持输送装置两部分。该装置主要由挖掘铲、液压旋耕钻头、旋转清扫机构和皮带等部件组成。在机械结构合理的基础上,该装置可实现挖掘、抖土、运输一体化,从而节省劳动力,提高大葱收获效率。Aiming at problems such as high excavation resistance,high probability of,low cleaning rate and no subsequent transmission in a few areas,a device for shaking soil off excavated green onions and a device for gripping and conveying them are proposed.The design includes an excavating shovel,a hydraulic rotary tillage drill,a rotary cleaning mechanism,a belt,and other important components.Based on a reasonable mechanical structure,the design integrates the digging up,shaking soil from,and transportation of onions;saves labor and improves the efficiency of harvesting same;and greatly assists farmers by mechanizing agricultural production.
