摘  要:为减少化石能源的使用,加快新能源开发利用,设计了一种基于凸轮机构的温差能驱动车,它是以清洁能源乙醇燃烧产生的热能发电为动力驱动小车前进。小车包括原动机构、传动机构、转向机构、微调机构与读卡模块五部分,使用凸轮控制小车的转向,使其能够按顺序走过规定的点位。首先使用SolidWorks对温差能驱动车进行三维建模,然后应用MATLAB软件对小车进行轨迹仿真,仿真结果显示小车能够按规定点位运行;最后制作了实物样机并对其进行了测试,通过微调机构调整小车轨迹,实物测试结果与仿真结果一致。In order to reduce the use of fossil energy and speed up the development and utilization of new energy,a cam-based thermal energy driving vehicle was designed,which uses the thermal energy generated by the combustion of clean energy ethanol to drive the car forward.The car consists of five parts:prime mover structure,transmission mechanism,steering mechanism,fine-tuning mechanism and reading card module,which uses cam to control the steering of the car,so that it can go through the specified points in order.Firstly,SolidWorks was used to model the vehicle,and then MATLAB software was used to simulate the trajectory of the vehicle.The simulation results showed that the vehicle could run according to the specified points.Finally,the prototype is made and tested.The trajectory of the car is adjusted by the fine-tuning mechanism.The test results are consistent with the simulation results.
