摘 要:介绍了现有掘锚交替快速掘进装备的现状及其存在的问题,提出了一种新型履带自移式快速掘进装备,详细分析了其组成、工作原理和关键技术等;通过快速掘进装备的合理安排和各设备之间互相紧密配合,达到了工作面割煤连续性、支护连续性、运输连续性的目的,实现了掘进过程的掘锚运平行作业,形成了掘进和支护作业新模式,从根本上缩短了作业时间,提升了掘进效率。This paper introduces the current situation and existing problems of the existing fast excavation equipments of alternating excavation and anchoring,proposes a new type of crawler self moving fast excavation equipment,and analyzes in detail its composition,working principle,key technologies,etc.Through the reasonable arrangement of the fast excavation equipments and close cooperation between various equipment,the goal of coal cutting continuity,support continuity,and transportation continuity in the working face is achieved,and the parallel operation of excavation and anchoring transportation in the excavation process is achieved.A new mode of excavation and support operations has been formed,fundamentally shortening the operation time and improving excavation efficiency.
