摘  要:分析了现有用于固-固分离旋流器的分离机理,综述了双固相旋流器流场和分离性能数值分析的现状。重点针对目前双固相旋流器分级效果中底流夹细现象,结合重介质旋流器和筛分过滤网、冲洗水的特点,提出了一种新型的双固相旋流器,并给出了其具体结构设计和工艺参数。该新型分离器既有重悬浮液改变双固相相对介质的密度差,又有筛网的动态过滤,还有冲洗水的强化分级和渗流清洗,可提高分离效率。This paper analyzes the separation mechanism of existing solid-solid separation cyclones,and summarizes the current status of numerical analysis of flow field and separation performance of dual solid phase cyclones.Combining the characteristics of heavy medium cyclone,screening filter screen,and flushing water,a new type of dual solid phase cyclone is proposed,focusing on the phenomenon of bottom flow trapping in the current classification effect of dual solid phase cyclone.Meanwhile,its specific structural design and process parameters are provided.This new type of separator not only changes the density difference between the dual solid phase and the medium with heavy suspension,but also has dynamic filtration of the sieve,enhanced classification of flushing water,and seepage cleaning,which can improve separation efficiency.
