摘　　要：针对露天煤矿采场供配电系统存在的问题,尤其是电缆铺设作业困难的情况,以国能北电胜利能源有限公司为背景,通过对移动变电站、照明指示设备以及电缆铺设等实际情况进行研究分析,研发了一种可以进行高台阶电缆运送、挡土墙跨障碍物铺设电缆、电缆整体平移、坑下货物搬运吊装等作业的多功能电缆铺设装置。利用该装置可使电缆铺设更加高效安全,创造更大的经济效益。Taking Guoneng Beidian Shengli Energy Co.,Ltd.as the background,this paper conducts research and analysis on the actual situation of mobile substations,lighting indicator equipment,and cable laying.In response to the problems existing in the power supply and distribution system of open-pit coal mines,especially the difficulty of cable laying operations,a method has been developed for transporting cables on high platforms,laying cables across obstacles on retaining walls,overall translation of cables,and lifting and transporting goods underground a multifunctional cable laying device for small equipment.Make cable laying more efficient and safe,and create greater economic and safety benefits.
