摘　　要：文章总结了42例全息影像技术引导机器人辅助腹腔镜肾门部肿瘤切除术的护理配合经验。术前充分了解患者的全息影像重建结果,做好用物准备;术中规范体位安置,标准化手术布局管理,精细化手术配合;术后做好患者生命体征观察和器械处置管理。42例患者均顺利完成手术,无中转开腹,手术时间90~120 min,术中出血量80~150 mL,患者生命体征平稳,术后恢复良好。This article summarized the nursing cooperation experience of 42 cases of holoimage-guided robot-assisted laparoscopic resection of renal hilar tumor.Before the operation,the holographic image reconstruction was fully studied for good preparation.During the operation,patients′positions and surgical layout were standardized,with detailed surgical cooperation.Vital signs observation and instrument disposal management were performed after the operation.All 42 patients completed the operation successfully without conversion to laparotomy.Their laparoscopic resection lasted 90~120 min,with the intraoperative blood loss of 80~150 mL.All patients were of stable intraoperative vital signs and recovered well postoperatively.
