减重代谢术后患者健康素养量表的编制及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的编制减重代谢术后患者健康素养量表,并进行信效度检验。方法通过文献分析、半结构式访谈、专家函询及预调查构建减重代谢术后患者健康素养初始版量表。于2023年12月-2024年4月选取湖北省2所三级甲等医院胃肠外科收治的278例减重代谢术后患者进行问卷调查,对量表进行项目分析及信效度检验。结果减重代谢术后患者健康素养量表包含健康知识与理念、健康生活方式与行为、健康技能3个维度,共20个条目。量表水平的内容效度为0.824,条目水平的内容效度为0.835~0.882。量表总的Cronbach′sα系数为0.856,折半信度为0.894,重测信度为0.911。探索性因子分析共提取3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为67.65%。结论减重代谢术后患者健康素养量表具有良好的科学性和临床实用性,信效度良好,可以作为减重代谢术后患者健康素养的评估工具。Objective To develop a health literacy scale for patients after weight loss metabolism surgery and test its reliability and validity.Methods The initial version of the scale was constructed after literature review,semi-structured interviews,expert inquiries,and pre-surveys.Then 278 postoperative patients undergoing weight loss and metabolism surgery in gastrointestinal departments of two grade-A tertiary hospitals in Hubei province between December 2023 and April 2024 were selected and surveyed.Thus,the reliability and validity of the scale were tested.Results The scale constructed included three dimensions of health knowledge and concepts,healthy lifestyle and behavior,and health skills,covering 20 items.The content validity of the scale is 0.824,and that of the items of 0.835~0.882.Moreover,the total Cronbach′s alpha,the half fold reliability and the test-retest reliability of the scale was 0.856,0.894 and 0.911,respectively.Exploratory factor analysis extracted three co-factors,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 67.65%.Conclusion The health literacy scale for post weight loss metabolic surgery patients is scientific and practical,with good validity and reliability,which can provide guidance for the evaluation of health literacy in post weight loss metabolic surgery patients.
