摘　　要：目的了解急诊科护士对工作时间延迟排尿行为的体验和感受,为制定相应的干预策略提供参考。方法采用质性研究方法,通过目的抽样法选取15名急诊科护士进行半结构式深入访谈,对访谈资料进行归纳分析,采用Colaizzi 7步资料分析法提炼主题。结果共提炼出3个主题和7个亚主题:延迟排尿行为对急诊科护士有身心双重影响(自身不适感明显、影响工作效率、焦虑感增加);延迟排尿行为受多种因素影响(内在认知不足、外部环境制约);不同态度应对延迟排尿行为(消极应对、积极应对)。结论急诊科护士延迟排尿行为受内在认知不足及外部环境制约因素的影响。护理管理层应充分意识到延迟排尿对急诊科护士身心健康的危害,通过加强专科知识科普、合理分配人力资源、完善延迟排尿干预方案等方式,进一步改善急诊科护士的延迟排尿行为。Objective To understand the experience and feelings of nurses in emergency department(ED)about delayed urination during working,so as to provide references for formulating corresponding intervention strategies.Methods A descriptive study was used.Fifteen ED nurses were selected using purpose sampling and conducted semi-structured in-depth interviews.The data were collected and analyzed,while themes were extracted using the Colaizzi 7-step data analysis method.Results Three themes and seven sub-themes were identified,including delayed urination having multiple effects on ED nurses(obvious self-discomfort,affecting work efficiency and increasing anxiety),delayed urination resulting from various factors(cognitive deficiency and environmental restriction),opposite attitudes to delayed urination(negative coping and positive coping).Conclusion The delayed urination of ED nurses results from internal cognitive deficiency and external environmental constraints.Therefore,nursing management should be fully aware of the harm of delayed urination to the physical and mental health of ED nurses,and take targeted measures to solve the problem.
