摘　　要：目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺病患者吸入性药物使用依从性的影响因素。方法采取目的抽样法,选取于2023年4-8月在盐城市第一人民医院呼吸科住院的20例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,对其进行半结构深入访谈,整理和分析访谈资料,提炼主题。结果共提炼5个主题,分别为疾病认知不足、用药获益感差、自我效能和用药信念的影响、经济负担较重、外部支持体系不足。结论慢性阻塞性肺病患者吸入性药物使用依从性受到多种因素影响,医护人员需关注患者的个体情况及使用感受,完善相关配套支持系统,精准管理患者吸入用药,以改善患者吸入性药物的使用依从性。Objective To analyze the factors influencing inhalation medication compliance in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Twenty COPD patients admitted to respiratory department of Yancheng first people′s hospital between April and August 2023 were selected using the purposive sampling.They were given a semi-structured interview,and the data were extracted and summarized themes using the content analysis.Results A total of 5 themes were extracted,which were insufficient disease cognition,poor perception of drug benefit,influence of self-efficacy and drug belief,heavy economic burden,and insufficient external support system.Conclusion Medication compliance of COPD patients is influenced by multiple factors.Medical staff should pay attention to patients′individual conditions and feelings of drug use,improve relevant supporting systems to better their compliance with accurate management.
